2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your sport supplies durable and high-quality? Yes! We focus on sturdy materials, strong construction, and reliable performance. All products are chosen to withstand regular use, whether at home, in the gym, or outdoors.

7. How do I care for the equipment?

  • Wipe down after use with a mild cleaner.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • For yoga mats: Roll up and avoid folding sharply.
  • Follow specific care instructions included with each product.
